Until now, presentations have only covered the theory behind MS Office PerformancePoint Server 2007 (MOPPS) which is due for imminent release.

Now, we’ve put this theory into practise.

This web seminar recording will demonstrate how an ‘integrated forecasting, budgeting and reporting’ pilot (proof of concept) has been delivered with MOPPS to a UK customer using CTP 4 (Community Technology Preview).

The presentation will also add context to Microsoft’s ‘Integrated Performance Management Solution’ by discussing:

• its position in the Business Intelligence landscape
• how it compares to other established solutions
• and how to maximise the delivery of MOPPS projects using the ICS ‘VOLT’ engagement methodology.
